• The expert leading the loop
• Our trusted platform/service partners (who help us run the loops securely)
• The conference or event partner (only where it makes sense for your learning journey)

We only share your data with:
• The expert guiding your learning loops

• The event partner, where your participation is linked to their programme

We keep your data only for as long as it’s needed to support your learning journey. If you ask for your data to be deleted, we’ll do that unless we need to keep some information for legal, financial or administrative reasons.
