With over 40 years of experience as a senior Experience Management executive, David helps leaders transform their business performance through experience-centric change. Throughout his career, he has coached, equipped, and empowered Fortune 1000 executives and their teams to design and deliver exceptional experiences that align with their brand promise and drive measurable results. David also advises the UK Government, major Not For Profit organisations, and start-ups on EX strategy, culture, and execution.

As the Co-Founder of XM Coach, David supports leaders to improve their organisation’s experience for customers, colleagues, and partners. As the Founder and President of TribeCX, a leading global CX practice, he leads a network of some of the world’s most recognised leaders, who offer a proven approach delivered through proprietary software and expert coaching. As the Owner and Chair of TMD, a top Canadian strategic marketing and communications agency, David oversees the growth and innovation of the company, which partners with clients across North America to build brands and capture market share. Throughout his career, David has been a pioneer, thought leader, and ambassador for EX, as well as a trusted advisor, mentor, and speaker.

After over 10 years living in NYC, David now lives in Windsor, England with his wife and youngest son. He is an endurance cyclist (on his way to completing a coast-to-coast bike ride in the USA) and loves to take his boat out on the River Thames on the weekends.
